Bio

Designs and tests nature-based solutions for heat, flooding, and urban biodiversity.

Dr Sarah Lee is a Senior Research Fellow who designs and tests nature-based solutions for heat, flooding, and urban biodiversity. Her work spans the full arc from concept to evidence: proposing an intervention, building it into a real site, and measuring whether it delivers.

She is especially interested in solutions that tackle several challenges at once, where a single restored wetland or green corridor cools the air, holds floodwater, and brings wildlife back into the city.

She welcomes collaboration on nature-based solutions and can be contacted at sarah.lee@ntu.edu.sg.
