What we collect when you visit this portal, and how we handle it.

The Resilient and Inclusive Cities Lab (RICL) at NTU's Asian School of the Environment runs this portal to make research discoverable. We keep the data we collect to a minimum and explain it below.
The portal is primarily a read-only research resource. We may collect:
We use this information to operate and improve the portal, to respond to enquiries, and to report on the reach of the lab's research. We do not sell personal data.
Aggregate figures may be shared with the lab's funders and collaborators to demonstrate impact, but these never identify individual visitors. We do not use the data for advertising or automated decision-making.
We use a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the portal will continue to work without them.
Some content and infrastructure are provided by third parties, including services governed by NTU's institutional policies. Their own privacy practices apply to the data they process.
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the exchange, after which it is deleted.
