Marcus Tan keeps the lab's instruments, field logistics, and partnerships running day to day. From calibrating sensors to arranging field trips and managing the budgets behind them, he makes sure the lab's research can happen on time and on the ground.

He is often the first point of contact for visitors and collaborators, and the steady hand that keeps a busy research group organised.
